These guys came in clutch for me! When everybody else was giving me three to five business days out from putting new tires on, these guys were able to order mine and get them put on the next day. No doubt I will be a return customer.
View on GoogleBeen here twice first time I took some 8x7 golf cart rims to have tires mounted. They took them out back squirted them and after 20 mins told me they couldn't do it. Took it to JAM off of Grosebeck and 16. Brought it end of day, first thing in the morning next day they had me pick them up $12 2nd time I took my car for an alignment after i did some work. I had all wheels off and torqued to factory specs. Price was around $110 and it is aligned. Alignment is good. Go to work on my car afterwards and i have to hammer on a socket on EVERY lug nut. Someone ugga uggad the heck outta my lug nuts. One of the wheels im not convinced they friction welded the lug nuts on the car. Between an eletric impact and a breaker bar with a pipe I cant get that wheel off. Literally lifting the car off the ground. Whoever worked on my car did not care at ALL! Went back and asked them to at least break the lugs nuts on that wheel loose, told me they wouldnt touch it because of the *liability*. I usually get alignments done at the bell tire off ten and Harper. I went here because it was close. Won't make that mistake again.
View on GoogleHad a 330 appointment, arrived at 3:40. The only guy in the shop to be able to do the job left for the day 5 minutes before I arrived because “his patients were low today” - response of coworker. My appointment was made 2 days prior & I was there within a reasonable time.
View on GoogleMy husband and I would like to thank Leslie Tire for the service they gave our daughter yesterday. Our daughter was in an accident yesterday, on her way to her Grandma's funeral. She had to drive 2 hours to get home. Leslie Tire was able to get her car serviced during the luncheon, following the funeral Mass. Thank you for your kindness and speedy, reliable service.
View on GoogleGreat service and they love the US military. I had a good experience here. I took my car in due to it having a flat tire. They were extremely busy. The lady at the front told me it was going to be at least 1.5 hours. I sat and enjoyed a cup of free, fresh brewed, Keurig coffee. I only ended up waiting about 50 minutes which was a great surprise to me. They offered a military discount so the price for a patch went from $25 to $15. I will be stopping here for all my tire needs
