Recently moved to the area and our truck was having transmission issues. We read the reviews for this place and we saw alot of positive reviews. We are here to add to that. We met with Ed then the owner Giac, forgive if I spelled the name wrong. They walked us through a ton of scenarios after no codes came up. They didn't just take our money and start working. Truly appreciate the honesty and the time they took to explain what was going on with our truck. We will definitely be bringing our truck, or any vehicle back for any future issues. Thanks again for all your help. Highly recommend this place.

Horrible experience. I called in for a quote to have the transmission in my vehicle rebuilt. The gentleman on the phone asked about what symptoms I’m experiencing which I told him. He then put the owner on the phone who asked me the same questions, which I answered, then he asks me how I know that those are my symptoms, to which I replied “I used to work in a transmission shop”. He then gave me a quote with a very wide range ($5000-$7000). I then had questions about his rebuild process (what rebuild kit do you use?) to which he replied “I’m not continuing this conversation. I’m the owner and I do quality rebuilds with quality parts” and I said “I never said you didn’t?” I was so confused? Am I getting this treatment because I’m a woman? No idea. If you claim to rebuild with quality parts then tell me what parts, don’t treat me like an idiot or a nuisance for asking very reasonable questions; if I’m going to pay upwards $7000 I want to know what I’m paying for. Do not even bother calling here. Where you can call is Precision, I had a completely different experience calling in there, night and day. Precision was much kinder and answered all my questions and treated me with respect. Call there instead

I found this shop on Google and I am very happy that I did. The owner walked through the issue with the transmission and what diagnostics were required and the range that the repair may have been. You can’t ask for more than someone being honest and upfront about the issue. Although we elected to not get the repair I appreciate them and would absolutely bring back a vehicle with a transmission issue and highly recommend them.

The shop owner took the time with me on the phone when other shops wouldn’t. When I took my truck into him for service, he showed me around the shop. Not only did I get friendly service, but my transmission has never worked this good since I bought it new. Definitely the place to take your car or truck if you want great work.
