Keith Evola Service

I would not recommend Keith Evola Service especially you have an EV. They originally said the alignment for my Tesla is $167. They said they will charge $99 for the initial inspection and the total would go to $167. I end up paying $360.72. They also dirty my driver seat and missing under panels bolts/retainer

Keith and his team at Evola Services were helpful and honest. I brought my work van in to address a dash alert and his team recognized the item would still be covered under warranty by the dealer. Instead of taking my money and fixing it, they hooked me up with the dealer to get it covered. Integrity runs deep with these guys!

The service and communication were 5 star. The repair was paid partially through a third party service warranty. Evola service dealt with the company on our behalf. The gentleman I dealt with though Evola kept me informed throughout the process. Without going into too much detail on the repair. I can say the integrity and service from this company was more than I expected. Yes I would use them again. Excellent organization!

7/31/25 I'm compelled to express my disappointment with the service I received from Keith Evola Services, particularly as I was referred to them by my trusted mechanic of over 10 years. Despite the overwhelmingly positive reviews, my experience was subpar. Prior to visiting KES, I made three inquiries via phone, and upon dropping off my vehicle, I provided the front desk associate with a detailed account of the issues I was experiencing. However, he seemed irritated and dismissive, he cut me off. I specifically requested that they inspect the diagnostic fuse, as one of the issues was the inability to perform diagnostic testing. Unfortunately, my request was ignored, despite my reiterating it three times over the course of a few days. I was subsequently informed that I would be charged for a 3-hour diagnostic at $150 per hour, at the time of dropping off the car. I was not informed of this over the phone. I felt this to be excessive. I expressed my concerns to the associate , suggesting that they start with a 1-hour diagnostic and progress as needed. However, he cut me off, became defensive and stated that they could cease work on my vehicle if I continued to question their approach. I said, "Oh, you did not just talk to a customer that way." He quickly apologized. He assured me that if indeed it was a fuse, I would not be charged the $450, but they never checked the fuse! I found his demeanor to be unacceptable. I don't appreciate someone rolling their eyes and his body language said it all. To continue driving could possibly cause overheating , damage to the catylic converter, and possibly the engine block. Not to mention the car could stall on the road and not start back up. I was stuck. Fortunately, my subsequent interactions were with a different associate, with whom I had a more positive experience. The final diagnosis indicated that my vehicle required a tune-up, a new coil (1) with spark plugs (6), and a new intake manifold gasket, with a total cost of $1,800! I felt that the $450 diagnostic fee was unwarranted, but I appreciated , not thrilled, that the final bill was reduced to $1,500. During our final conversation, the associate mentioned that there was an additional issue with a rattling noise coming from the front and exhaust of my vehicle, which would require an additional $159 inspection. I declined and picked up my vehicle, only to find that the noise was nonexistent. Regrettably, I will not be returning to KES, as I feel that their pricing is excessive and their customer service is subpar. None of the initial issues were resolved, aside from the tune-up, and I consider the tune-up, labor costs to be price gouging. And, on my way home, the engine light came back on Regarding your assertion that I was upset with your company due to the exhaust system rusting out, I would like to clarify that I made no such claim. Furthermore, there is no mention of this issue in any of the documentation throughout the process. I have retained all relevant paperwork for my records. You referenced the 'fuse' issue, suggesting that I was dissatisfied with the oversight in checking it. However, my intention was merely to request an initial check of the diagnostic fuse. Additionally, I would like to gently point out that the correct spelling is 'f-u-s-e', not 'f-u-z-e'. 4/2/26 Of all the nerve, the owner of KES reached out to me less than a month ago and asked if I'm okay because he hasn't seen me in a while. After everything they put me through and charging me $1,500 for a tune-up, what big cojones. They must miss my money. Needless to say, I replied I will not be returning. 6/1/26 Hi Norma! Great service. They kept me updated on the progress of repairing two of my vehicles throughout the entire process and their cost estimates were very accurate. I will definitely use Evola Service again for my car repairs.
