Paul’s Automotive Service, in Monroe Michigan, is top notch! Had an oil leak issue in my Chrysler Van. They were able to quickly get me in, identify the issue fast, order the parts and get my van back to me within 2 days. The communication was phenomenal, constantly keeping us in the loop. They were also were very reasonable with pricing and the work was quality! Don’t hesitate to go to Paul’s Automotive Service for any vehicle need! I thought I would have had to wait a couple days to get them to check it out but they called me on the first day and gave me a price on two of the things and I asked about another item and they took it for a ride and they seen the problem so I was able to get it fixed and they called me the next morning and said it was done. So I was very happy with getting it done because I'm moving to Tennessee and I need to do a lot of stuff before leaving a couple days. Thank you guys! The mechanics here are honest and skilled. No BS here. The prices are fair and the customer service is fantastic. I've gone to Paul's for over a decade and they've taken good care of me every time.

I found Pauls automotive by someone who said "they have the best diesel mechanic in the area." So glad I did, too. My vehicle was at another shop, but I had it towed to Pauls to have the work done instead. Once the parts were ordered, the work was started. I got my vehicle back fast and I'm happy as can be. 100% would recommend.

An employee at Monroe Quick Lube told me that I needed my oil pan either replaced or at least rethreaded. So, I went to Paul’s, they could have taken the opportunity to do the work and collect, but they were honest and said everything was fine and they didn’t see the need for it to be repaired or replaced. Honesty is everything, and I’ve always had great experiences here. They also fixed my exhaust and it’s so quiet, it could be electric.
