Crest Ford told me that I had a blown engine on my 2018 Ford Flex (100,xxx miles) and that it would cost me at bare minimum $12,000 to replace. That didn't sound right to me so I had my vehicle towed to R N R Auto in Lincoln Park for a second opinion. There I spoke to the owner,Rick,and he said he'd take a look. The next day he called and informed me that the engine wasn't blown and that it was a timing issue. 3 days later my vehicle was repaired and running perfect! R N R saved me over $10,000. I highly,highly recommend taking your vehicle there for any repairs. Rick is old-school in his approach and provides quality work at excellent prices.

A old time shop over 40 years, laid back really cool owner. Me getting to old to lay under a car for long. Had purchased a evap canister 07 Liberty, just need install. Only $60 took a little over half hour. Fantastic price and service, highly recommend 👌. Had contacted a couple so called market place mechanics, one $170 other $120. Book time called for one hour labor. I'm so happy with this shop, going to refer many customers ☺️. Thank You for being honest business owners.

I was recommended to this place by a family friend and I regret ever coming here. Had a turbo replaced on my Trax back around January. It took over a month to even get it repaired and ultimately the turbo failed and caused very catastrophic damage to the engine just 6 months later and we had to get a new vehicle just yesterday because of it. The dealership said it was directly related to the turbo they replaced because it wasn’t done correctly. The whole time the vehicle was being serviced by this guys shop, all he would say is how he regrets taking the job and he’s taking a major loss. When I called recently about the turbo having issues again he completely brushed me off and said he wouldn’t do anything about it because it was a “GM” part and should be fine. I would not recommend this place. They don’t care about the safety of others and will do the bare minimum, then lie to your face. I would put 0 stars if possible.
