JOLLYS A-1 QUALITY TRANSMISSION & AUTO REPAIR

I first wanna say Aaron is such a nice guy and so so so easy to talk to. idk how these guys do it. I have a 2010 ford fusion that needed a repalced transmission, they rebuilt the transmission for me. After the transmission was rebuilt I had a slight concern with it and I brought it back, they looked at it and it was fixed right away. Things happen, Im happy and impressed to see the integrity at this shop. All the other guys there are very respectable, and to whom every that worked on my car, thank you.

First I want to say, these guys are the absolute best. My car a 2022 started dragging about 2 months ago, 1st I took it to a local mechanic, he said nothing was wrong with my car, 2nd I took it to Michael Bates Chevrolet in Woodhaven, they kept it for a week and said nothing was wrong with it and billed me $192.00, but it's my car and I know how it feels and it was dragging, sluggish acceleration, at one point I was on the freeway with the pedal to the floor only doing 63mph. 3rd I took it here to Jolly A-1 Quality Transmission, Aaron drove my car and said "yes it is dragging/slow acceleration". After the last 2 places told me it was fine, and me knowing it's not, it was a relief to hear that someone agreed with me and felt it not running good. Now after 2 months of my car dragging, it is now running perfect. All it needed was a tune-up, new spark plugs. They took the time to really look at my car and find the problem and fix it. Thank you Aaron and all the guys that work there, you guys are amazing. I recommend Jolly A-1 Quality Transmission. It only allows me to give you 5 stars, but you deserve 10 🌟

Top of the line customer service! I had my car towed in short notice right before closed and Aaron was exceptionally helpful. He reassured me that they will get back to me the next business day and they were able to contact my warranty company and get the ball rolling immediately! After waiting for what seemed like a lifetime, Aaron called me and told me my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Aaron kept me updated throughout the process and remained professional. He was able to get my warranty company to approve my car repairs and was able to boost my repair date up from the originally quoted amount of time that was given. It was worth the wait and I am forever grateful and they have gained a new customer for sure! When I came to pick up my vehicle Mike the owner was there and he split the deductible with me and it made my entire month! Please don’t hesitate come on in and get your vehicle repaired you won’t regret it!

Aaron and his team were amazing. I called around many different transmission shops within my area before finding Jolly's A-1. Once I spoke with Aaron, he truly gave me the impression that he wanted to help me. Aaron was honest and thorough. He explained to me what the issue was with my transmission and what needed to be replaced. They were a bit backed up with other vehicles at the time but Aaron kept me in the loop as to when my vehicle would be diagnosed. Besides, with so many vehicles trying to get into this shop, this to me seemed like a good sign. Once it was diagnosed, they worked very quickly and got my transmission rebuilt within a week. Overall, I highly recommend this shop especially for anyone who is looking to get a transmission rebuild done. Thank you Aaron and team!

Really had a great experience with this shop.. I didn't need a major transmission repair but they help me with a leak and a tune-up and was cheaper than the shop down the road by $200.. Aaron and Mike and their team really showed me the good side of this industry ...nowadays shops have bad reputations but Jolly's continues redefining what a good shop is.... I will definitely be bringing back any of my other vehicles here for services because I had such a good experience. Thank you!
