Had a new to me van that I was concerned about possibly needing a trans. Took it in to Downriver Spring and when Frank called me and determined it was just low on trans fluid and needed some trans cooler lines replaced, I was so thankful! Great team and excellent service! Also, the team did an amazing job on my 1986 Chevrolet C30 Dump Truck with new springs in the rear and a fresh front end! Been going through a lot lately, and when I picked up my truck , looked up, and saw the guardian angel on the top of the roof above the Downriver Spring sign, I was just reminded that God's got me covered!

Huge shoutout to Frank and the team for helping me out this week. I started having brake issues and didn’t feel comfortable continuing to drive my car. When I checked the online scheduler, the earliest appointment was a few weeks out, so I called and explained the situation. They were incredibly understanding and got me in the very next morning (Thursday). Not only that, but they had my car fully repaired and back to me by the end of the day Friday. As someone who’s self-employed and relies on my vehicle for work, getting back on the road quickly means everything. This was my first time using them, and I’ll definitely be returning. I really appreciate the customer service and how quickly they were able to help in a tough spot. Highly recommend!

Excellent!! I love the fact this business takes photos of the vehicle before any work is done. The dealership near where I live won't even do that much.
