Pick my car up from them fixing my heating coil in the front to no heat in rear and windsheild broke and they told me that my rear coil went bad so i paid them to fix the rear (they fixed windsheild for free) picked my car up and now it vibrating. Owner now dont want to fix my car cause he said I was yelling at him i have spent $6,183.78 from 5/28/2025 to 2/10/2026 all i wanted was a trustworthy auto shop. Court here i come.
View on GoogleShort story Shop killed my battery. I went to pick up my car it was completely dead they jumped it sent me on my way. When I get home turn off car I hear it ringing and beeping I notice my lights were left on. I dont ever touch my light I keep them on auto. Tried to start my car no luck tried jumping it nothing I go back next day all Im told is my battery is bad not their fault I never had issues with my battery till now . All they did was jump my battery again and told it my problem my battery is bad. Last time I even take my car. And no longer recommending my friends or family to go. Owner even told me he was being nice sending someone to go re jump my car cause he could have just told me to leave the shop and not worry about it since hes the owner and its not his fault...that my light on for few hours should have not killed battery its my battery thats bad... idk why my lights were touched i went in for 2nd alignment since first one was not straight .. he said they had no reason to move light switch. And that they dont know what beeps on a car when they get out they get in and out of multiple cars .. but tall tell sign something is left ON is when you turn off car and its beeping inside ... but who would know that ... not the shop

Killed my battery on two separate occasions by leaving the lights on, denied responsibility and said it was due to a bad cell… yes a bad cell caused by them leaving the lights on twice. Had to bring it back for an alignment twice after replacing steering rack. Asked them to clean my battery terminals, they didn’t. Top notch prices for lowest of the low quality work. Disgusting the way they spoke to us about our battery that they killed, after spending over 2k with them. This place will be closed down in no time due to a bad owner and his bad mechanics
View on GoogleThese guys are fantastic. I've never had issues with their work and its always been very reasonably priced. When I misunderstood an issue with getting my headlight bulbs replaced the guy even came out and showed me I was actually replacing the hi-beams instead of the headlight itself. Very friend and kind. 10/10 across the board
