I have been using Red's for years and have had good experiences with the previous owner. Also lately referred someone that had a bad experience. So I was a little apprehensive about returning. But I was pleasantly surprised my issues were resolved and cost less than what I was quoted.

Red’s took good care of my car when it needed a new front wheel bearing and quick change of brake fluid. Trustworthy and service-oriented, they know their stuff, too. They’ve earned my business.

After many years of taking my car to the dealership, thinking that I had no alternatives because it is a Mercedes. And after having had numerous stressful experiences having my car maintained at the dealership, when I needed assistance today and the dealership could not help, I had to find someone who could. I called a tire shop, which is the only other place I had ever taken my car and they could not provide the service I needed, but they recommended Red’s in Lake Orion. I am tremendously grateful for that recommendation and grateful for the service I received today at Red’s. Not only were they able to help me, but it was the most pleasant and least stressful car maintenance experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was so nice and so helpful, and I feel I can really trust them. I will definitely be bringing my car here in the future. Thank you for everything.

These guys do amazing, fast work and always manage to fit me in last minute! Everyone here is incredibly kind, informative, and genuinely helpful.
