We’ve had nothing but great experiences with Master Mechanics. They take great care of our older Subaru, explain everything clearly, and never try to sell us repairs we don’t need. Honest, professional, and trustworthy. When you are lucky enough to hard to find a shop like this, you stick with it. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleJammin and his crew is absolutely amazing! I had a transmission replaced years ago and recently had more work done today on my vehicle and they always do excellent service. They are very loyal and trustworthy!!!. Any other place will try to over charge, Jammin and his crew won’t they are very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone I know.
View on GoogleI had an awesome experience working with MM for the first time on a car I got at auction. They were able to get me in right away and communicated extremely well with me throughout the process of repairing my AC and break line. They also made sure to make me aware of some other issues they saw as potential future headaches. Jeff and Ken both provided awesome care and feedback in person and over the phone. I will definitely be coming back to these guys!
View on GoogleI have a 26 year old Jeep so I didn't know if anybody would be interested in working on it. The guys at Master Mechanics were super helpful! They got me right in and fixed my problem that day, for a very reasonable price. They are now my go-to mechanics!
View on GoogleAfter moving to Kalamazoo a few years ago, I struggled to find a mechanic who was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly customer-focused. A few disappointing experiences elsewhere left me frustrated. Then one morning, my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, and my car wouldn’t go over 25 mph. I found Master Mechanics, and they got me in the very next day and had it back to me 24 hours later! They quickly diagnosed the main issue (a faulty throttle body), but what really impressed me was their thoroughness. The car had been running rough since a previous dealer visit, and they took the time to properly track it down. What looked like a serpentine tensioner issue ended up being related to the alternator. Throughout the process, they were communicative, prompt, and transparent. The moment I started the car, I could immediately feel the difference. It now drives smoother than it has in years. This shop is the real deal. 10/10. I’ll absolutely be back. Y’all are AMAZING!
