My teenage son had an unexpected vehicle emergency that caused his truck to not move while in reverse. Grand Oaks got him in same day not only for a quote but to completely fix the issue (they even had to order a part). They didn't gouge us on the price and were helpful and pleasant to him. This was the first time we've used them but the positive experience encouraged me to call them when I needed brakes. We had another great encounter, fast, quality work and the cost was budget friendly too. Tom was informative, nice, and got the job done within hours for me. Highly recommend Grand Oaks!

Been here many times before with several different vehicles and I’ve had great success, no complaints and overall satisfactory service with fair pricing. This last time I called for a quote on a clutch change, I was told Id get a call back within a couple hours for a price. 5-6 days go by I call again just to get told they don’t have the man power to do the job (can’t say I’ve ever been refused for work on vehicle before and they’ve done repairs in the past on other vehicles imo have far exceeded a clutch change) but more disappointed that they couldn’t even return my call back that same day or even at all for that matter like they said they would. What was once a go to shop for me, I will looking else where for my services. Just plain unprofessional to ghost a customer on a quote.

Grand Oaks always does a great job no matter what the issue is. I take my vehicle there for oil changes to major maintenance issues. There pricing is affordable and fair. There waiting room is smaller, but you can walk to McDonalds and use their wifi while you wait. I would definitely recommend Grand Oaks.

Absolutely went above and beyond. Took my truck in to get brakes done and while it was on the rack found that the exhaust had rusted through and fixed it for me without charging me extra. If you love on the east side of Howell or is definitely worth a couple more minutes drive to to the West side of town to let Tom work on your car. Plus he even rotated the tires for me.
