10 out of 10, highly recommend! We had an odd problem with our van that wasn’t showing up in the codes, but they did a bunch of diagnostics and were able to figure it out pretty quickly and fix it. Pricing is very reasonable and they are upfront with their timing and ability to get you in, wonderful communication. In our case, it was extremely fast and they got me on the road so I could go to a bridal shower in Wisconsin and know my vehicle was safe. On top of all of that, when we picked up the van, the owner showed us some quirks to keep an eye on that this model can have and gave us some tips about oil changes, etc. Very friendly, so helpful and will definitely be using again!

I've known Joe and Carter for quite some time and I can tell you they are some of the most honest and respectable people I know. Knowledgeable across many makes/models and think outside the box when text book repairs aren't possible. Northside Garage isn't your cookie cutter shop, they are far superior than that. I wish I could give 10 stars! The service Joe and his son provide is like no other. I was scared to take my car to a shop because I didn’t want to be lied to or ripped off. Joe is so honest! He answered all of my questions, gave me ride home and dropped my car off to me when he was done with the job. He told me to give him a day to repair my car but it only took him half a day. I could go on and on about the service and honesty he gives. I won’t take my car anywhere else from now on. He’s the best! Fair prices, fast, honest, courteous!
