Highland Park Tire and Highland Park Mechanic Shop are the same place. Don’t be misled. I originally gave them a 5 star because they were nice initially and give you a discount when you leave a review. I can’t find my original 5 star rating. I definitely would reduce it to a one star. I went in for a tire. They didn’t have my size and asked me to come back the next day. I came the next day and they installed a tire. What they did not tell me was they still didn’t have my size tire the next day so they installed the wrong size on my car instead. This caused me to incur a $1,800 auto repair not long after.. in this economy. I was trying to save money and their carelessness costed me money. Very unethical. Spare yourselves. They’re not good people.

New management here, came for oil change and was told I needed brakes all around, just bought used vehicle that is pretty rusted under body, so ok. Thing is I had to ask to see the old parts which were thrown in with a bunch of others so I’m not sure what was shown was mine, and no sticker for the oil change to know when to come back along with no paperwork to document what was done. So I’m done. I said reasonable price if I really needed brakes, if not oh well. Company needs to show work and give documentation.
