Great experience!! Bought a 2014 Ford Focus for my daughter from Jim. The car had some issues (dents and scratches). Jim was honest about the issues. Came out to test drive it, the car drove great. Told Jim I wanted a few days to think about it and he was not pushy at all, like most car salesmen would be. Came back a few days later to buy the car.
