I brought my Ford Escape to this shop for a tune-up and repairs related to engine performance. Unfortunately, the work performed did not resolve the problem and the vehicle continued to experience issues afterward. After spending money on repairs, I later discovered additional problems, from that tuneup, that required an engine replacement. Vehicle owners rely on repair shops to provide accurate diagnostics and effective repairs.
