Please be cautious!!! They will install tires without balance!!!! I purchased new tires online and took them to his shop. When I asked about the cost, he quoted $15 per tire. I said okay then I realized how cheap it was, When I asked if the quoted price included balance which is he didn’t explain before he said No it was an extra charge. Upon inquiring about the cost, he doubled the price to $30 per tire. Omg It's unreasonable to expect brand new tires to be installed without balance that's what he would have done if I hadn't ask him. and this is how they work if they think you have no idea about tires this is unprofessional and cheating work. I reluctantly agreed. I walked inside the shop to see the balance machine I couldn't see it at first but later discovered it hidden behind a wall. The machine was old and really in poor condition. To make matters worse at the end, I was surprised to find my old tires placed inside my car. He said if I wanted him to dispose of them, it would cost an additional $5 each. I really had a horrible experience and do not recommend this shop to anyone. ⛔️⛔️⛔️ ….if you think you have good price and trying to show people that here .I'll tell you you are wrong. because I asked two famous tire shops they told me less than that. also if you think I’m having bus hard time completely again you’re wrong because the tires I purchased them more expensive and much more better then the cheap and less mileage you have. You know that very well based on that your tires brand unreliable as some customers have complained. Because you don’t deal with a famous and good brand and you will never have it in stock anyway!! That’s why I got them online. just let you know I'm mecanique diploma with experience since 2004. i noticed this is not a good place to fix tires. I suggest you don’t act to the customers you doing that as a courtesy ! to remind you this is a business! (do it or don’t do it) No courtesy you will not install them for free for me we have a lot of tires shop around America not only you.
