I’ve been coming to Campau auto since last year for my promaster and Range Rover. Anytime I have an issue with either vehicle, Hank takes the vehicles same day or as soon as possible. He’s kept my vehicle it great shape and the prices are fair…quality car shop..I’ll continue to keep my vehicles serviced with them!
View on GoogleI’m very disappointed with this garage. The people there are dishonest and unprofessional. They give excuses, show attitude, and don’t communicate clearly about what’s really going on. It feels like they just keep making things up and asking for more money. Even the manager was not honest. Dealing with this place has been frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend it to anyone.
View on GoogleI had a very frustrating experience with this garage. The workers are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If you choose to pay after the work is done and call to check on your car, they make you feel like you don’t matter because you haven’t paid yet. They’ll basically tell you to wait forever. Even when they say the car is “done,” it’s not properly finished. It honestly feels like they don’t even test drive the car before calling customers. When you question them, they lie to your face and start arguing instead of fixing the issue. I left my car there for alignment, and it’s been a week. Every day they say, “It will be ready tomorrow.” Then when tomorrow comes, they say the next day again. When you call, they claim they’re working on it, but nothing changes. One day they even said they were short-staffed — but I’m paying 100% in full, so that shouldn’t be my problem. Very disappointing service. I would not recommend this place if you value your time, money, and honesty.

View on GoogleThis is the Auto shop on Jos campau in Hamtramck. The mechanic Vic gave me an outrageous estimate for my tune up. This place is very dishonest and overpriced. So happy I went somewhere else Stay away from this place!!!!
