Platinum Oil Change- Valvoline

This was hands down the best oil change experience I’ve ever had. The team walked me through the different oil options and clearly explained everything so I felt confident about what I was choosing. They checked my current oil level, made recommendations without being pushy, and were extremely professional and kind. I was in and out quickly, stayed in my car the entire time, and they even offered me water while I waited. The service was efficient, transparent, and genuinely friendly. I’ll absolutely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great customer service.

I can’t say enough good things about this oil change shop. Honest, professional, and genuinely looking out for their customers — which is rare these days. I brought in two vehicles thinking both needed oil changes. After checking one of them, they told me it actually didn’t need to be changed yet. They could have easily gone ahead and done it and charged me, and I never would have known. Instead, they were upfront and saved me money. That kind of integrity is why I’ll keep coming back. Mo and Jeff especially deserve recognition. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. You can tell they care about doing the job right and building trust with their customers. If you’re looking for a place that values honesty over upselling, this is it. Highly recommend!

I was recommended by a friend and I’m so happy they told me about these guys! I’m not to knowledgeable with cars and I feel like every place I go to, I get laughed at. I told Moe my situation and that I have trust issues, he treated me like family! I was in and out so quickly, I’m so satisfied with the service. I will tell all my family and friends about this oil change!! Plus his prices are incredible. I drive a 2018 Chevy Tahoe and this was the best price I could find!
