Excellent service! The mechanic was knowledgeable and exceptionally thorough and polite. We usually paid $149 for an oil change with a newer car with synthetic oil. He topped off all the fluids for and the oil change for $87. Would recommend 10 out of 10
View on GoogleI brought my Ford F-150 in for an oil change, and Moe assisted me. He was courteous and professional, and the service initially appeared to be completed properly. The following day, my truck was sputtering and displaying ignition coil misfire alerts on my Ford app. Checking the oil level, I discovered it was overfilled by nearly one quart. I drained the excess oil myself. While I cannot definitively confirm, I suspect the oil filter was not changed, the oil level was clearly overfilled regardless of the cause. The next day, I returned to Pitstop and showed them the excess oil I had drained, which I still have sitting on a shelf in my garage. I was told that Moe would contact me. After not receiving a call, I reached out to him directly. He stated he would speak with his mechanic and call me back. That was several weeks ago, still waiting. As a result of the issue, I had to replace all the ignition coils and spark plugs. The parts alone cost $665.10 from the dealership. I'm still waiting on the call, guess I'll have to file paperwork in small claims court.
View on GoogleI was helped by Moe who was polite, friendly and professional. $86 got me a full synthetic oil change, and my tires and fluid fills. I was informed after 7 changes the 8th is free, and about free top offs for air and fluid. Under 15 minutes and a cold water while I wait.
