Went into this store multiple times before but yesterday by far was the worst customer service I have ever encountered with the gentleman there. Had a friend with me helping me out for a pipe that was leaking and just wanted to get the pipe and shark bites.. the guy working there just kept saying "Oh no you can't use this , and this could work but I won't do that" this went on for over 15 minutes of the guy telling us what we were trying to do was all wrong . Disappointed because the WAS my go to store for a quicker trip.

This place has been our go to place since dad owned it and it's now been passed down to the son and running just as smoothly although I wish they'd get some more of those small canvas zippered bags they used to have in the under $5.00 bin in the middle of the store. Apparently, I wasn't the only one purchasing them as they all disappeared in under 2 weeks. I couldn't figure out what to use the three I bought but once I did, soldering supplies for example, I could use just a coupla few more. Everyone else carries those overpriced "Milwaukee", just for example of course.
