*EDIT* The owner Chris has since reached out to me and refunded me the money for the fixes not made. They were very understanding about my problem with the service and are more than willing to rectify any problems with their service. The owner Chris is a really nice guy. 0 out of 5 stars. They had my car for almost three weeks with no result. Had to get it towed to another place to even feel like I was going to get somewhere with my vehicle. The best they could give me was a “maybe this or maybe that” explanation and then told me the repair could range anywhere from 1200-1800 dollars with the possibility of it still not working. They left me with a bill of over $300 for two diagnostics because the first one didn’t fully find the issue? I’ve had decent service from them before but this time was absolutely atrocious. Do not recommend.

Fantastic staff, willing to work with you so you don’t spend nauseating amounts of money. I talked to David, he was endlessly helpful. Went in to have an exhaust installed and even purchased tires while I had my car there. Quick turn around and solid communication on when and what needed to be done.

Wetmore did the work for $375 and had my car back in a few hours. The guy who checked me in and the woman at the cashier were both really friendly as well.
View on GoogleBrought my Ford Focus in for a coolant leak. They put on a new radiator hose and it did not leak anymore. Unfortunately the pressurized testing cap was left on my coolant reservoir and this caused coolant to spill out when driving. Chris the owner, called me and apologized and fixed the situation. Everyone at Wetmore was extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely bring my car back here.

They also updated me as the day went on. This is an amazing place with amazing people. I will return with any future problems that happen to my car.
