I would highly recommend taking your vehicle anywhere but here. The moment I brought my vehicle to this shop I regretted it. But it was the only shop open and available to work on my vehicle over Thanksgiving weekend. My transmission wouldn't shift into 3rd gear and I brought it to this shop to have it checked out. There were other minor repairs needed which they kept finding and adding to the bill. All the while unable to diagnose or fix the original issue for why I brought the vehicle in. After several thousands in repairs and having my vehicle for over a week. They were unable to fix my transmission. Causing me to have to take my vehicle to a second shop. If you don't know how to repair transmissions just accept that and don't give false information to get people into your shop. I was going to let this experience go and take it as my lose for being impatient and taking it to the first shop that said they could work on my vehicle. But then a little over a month and a half later, because of your negligence, the new transmission line coming off of the radiator in the front of the engine clip failed. It almost cost me another transmission rebuild and you did cost me more money to repair your failed work. When I talked to the desk attendant about this he deflected and pointed the finger at the shop who was actually able to repair my vehicle, twice now. Claiming that they must have unclipped the line to take the transmission out. But they showed me where the line failed and there was no reason for them to unhook the line at the radiator to pull the transmission. Bless your heart for trying to make people think you know what you're talking about. But if you want your vehicle to be repaired by knowledgeable and competent people. Go somewhere else. I wish I had taken into account the other bad reviews for this place before making an impulsive decision to just take it to the first place that said they could get it fixed. I look forward to the desk attendants excuses and deflections as to why their work failed. But do yourself a favor. Save the time and money, go somewhere, anywhere else.

View on GoogleThese guys are awesome. I wish I got their names to list them by name, but the 3 I worked with today were pretty great. A) they were a huge help, got me right in as I did give the heads up that I was in a pickle and needed help today B) they really explained and showed the issues. A lot of mechanics go out of their way to horde their knowledge or give the bare minimum, but this couldn't be further from my experience today C) they were just all around good at what they do and were helpful 10/10 will recommend
