I took my Ford Explorer in for two factory recall issues and the "works" oil change. It was quick and easy to schedule the appointment based on my availability. The work was performed within and actually ahead of the stated time I was advised. I was provided shuttle service from the dealership and to pick me up once the work was completed. I was surprised to receive a detailed video from the repair person showing the work and any issues with my car. I was advised that my brakes were in need of repair and quoted an amount for that work. Since they already had the truck, I decided to have that work completed also. Overall, I was and am completely satisfied with the service I received at Suburban Ford of Ferndale and would recommend them to other Ford customers.

View on GoogleHaving a vehicle serviced is pretty straightforward and the service is on par as far as being at a dealership. I appreciate the complimentary multi-point inspection, but the price of the recommendation seems exorbitant. Biggest issue has been, and continues to be, actually getting onto the service schedule. It is best to start well in advance of your scheduled mileage or date to get on the schedule.
