Bought a car here a year ago. The negotiation was annoying, I had to come back another day, after finding another dealership with a similar deal, and on a day that “the manager” felt like making a sale in order to get them to negotiate. There was a software issue during the warranty period, and the service center was not helpful, wanted like $150 to diagnose, and was not able to resolve an issue that I eventually figured out myself by re-installing all of the infotainment software. When I went in for my 1 year complimentary maintenance, they pushed garbage you don’t need and did not put air in the tires.

Came in for a recall on my car, which should have been relatively quick. They inspected my car and told me that my rear wheels badly needed alignment, convincing me to get that repaired. I sat there for four hours as they constantly told me “we’re having trouble aligning them, we’re going to try a bit more.” Eventually they said “we’re so sorry, we were unable to align them. But we’ll get you out of here soon.” Then, a few minutes later said “good news, we were able to align your front wheels!” Which were not the wheels they told me were in need of alignment. The labor cost for this was several hundred dollars. They asked if I had a good experience, and I said no, I did not. They told me they said they would have someone reach out about my experience, but then never did.

I guess I should read the reviews. Came to get my oil changed while I picked up my plate. It was only a month after I bought it from them, so already strange that it didn’t have new oil in it. I was there for 3 hours. I asked one of the service people how long it should take, and he said 45 minutes without knowing how long I had been waiting. My service rep said 3 hours was normal. Go somewhere else.

Dogs running everywhere. Sign on door says they open at 730 but techs don’t arrive till 8. Simple tire pressure check turns into a multiple hour wait. None of the employees are in uniforms or even Honda gear. You have no idea who’s an employee and who’s not. I won’t be back that is for sure!
