I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience at O’Briens in Ferndale. From the reception area, where Victoria and Wendy were friendly and helpful, to the owner and mechanic, Frank, I felt heard and genuinely taken care of every step of the way. They were able to get me in within a day thanks to an opening in their schedule, and the service was incredibly fast. When they called with the rundown, they clearly explained the issues and reviewed the pricing before doing any work. Everything was surprisingly affordable. When I picked up my vehicle, they walked me through everything again and even showed me the parts that had been removed and replaced. It was truly an awesome experience. I am hoping I do not have any more car issues anytime soon, but if I do, I know exactly where I will be taking my vehicle.

I came here on a coworker’s recommendation, and I was NOT disappointed. Brought the car in with AutoZone codes, they gave me an estimate and got the car in and out for a timing belt and system in less than a week, and actually under the estimate price. I’ll definitely go back for regular maintenance.

O'Brien agreed to do an inspection for us the same day, despite the fact that their garage and lot were obviously overflowing with other clients. After about an hour and a half, the owner himself reported back that the car needed a new clutch-- something the dealership either didn't know or didn't divulge. They also waived the fee for the inspection. That small act of service saved us thousands of dollars.
