I had a great experience with Lee Stanford Collision! They repaired my car's hood beautifully, and the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Thanks to Jodie at the front desk for her kindness and communication, and to Vince for a top-quality repair showing his care. I appreciate their excellent service and attention to detail. My first experience with a car accident and needing to get my car fixed and I’m so thankful for Les Stanford Collision. Billy and Jodie were so incredibly friendly, accommodating and communicative. Billy communicated with me through the entire process of fixing my car exterior, from letting me know approximately dates it would be ready, parts coming and and even making sure I was comfortable and covered with my car rental. When my car was done, it genuinely looked brand new and Billy listened to all my concerns regarding the manufacture parts to any questions I had about fixes, internal and external. When I needed to go back to the shop to have them add the final part of my exterior grill, Billy had someone from the shop drive me home AND pick me up so I didn’t have to wait the hour and a half it’d take in the shop (which i was fully prepared for as it wasn’t a big deal) - regardless, Billy right away offered for someone to drop me off and pick me up and THAT IS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just picked up my car - and Billy had cleaned up my inside including my wind shield and the exterior!!! Couldn’t be happier with this experience. Thank you Billy, Jodie at the front desk, Justin for dropping me off and picking me up and to Mikey (the cutest dog) and everyone else at Les Standford for making this normally stressful process, so seamless!! I greatly appreciate it!! Couldn’t recommend them more.

My bumper and headlight came in super fast, and the part was painted and installed in 2 days. Quick and nice service. My car came back shiny and clean too. Thank you!

Just sharing my experience! Wish I took my car out of there and went some where else!!!!!! This shop was recommended through insurance after I was rear ended. I brought my car there in November and it was not done until February. The desk has very poor and unprofessional communication. I never received a call to let me know they had looked at my car or had started working on it. When I called for an update they had informed me my car was “coming out of paint” and “would be ready in a couple days” never heard anything and they are closed over the weekend so that totaled 4 days before I had to call again. When I called that time my car apparently needed something else that they needed parts for. Over 2 months “waiting on parts”. About a month in they gave me a loaner car. This is the first time I heard from the shop where the desk was happy to call and talk that she needed the car back and switch it out. “I don’t have to give you the loaner” I was confused why “I had their loaner for 20 days and that was too long” but the 78 days my car was there was not “too long”.So I wait about 2 months before I got insurance involved. as soon as I called insurance my car was done that week!!?!??!? My trunk was not replaced with the same detail and trim and it’s an okay match. They also did not put the 3 emblems back on that were on the trunk when I brought it to them and were a part of the aesthetic of my car. The shop hours are also not ideal for busy 9-5 lifestyle.

DO NOT USE. They do horrible work and do not stand by their work. Our normal dealership used to refer to Les Standford, but because the work has been so terrible at Les Standford, they have referred all of their business somewhere else. When questioned about the poor pain job on my Durango Hellcat, the Manager Vince, stated that he would not fix it and if I did not get my car out of his shop immediately, he would leave it in the street and would be happy for it to get stolen. WHO DOES THAT?! Stand behind your work! The bumper was supposed to be completely repainted, but instead they filled a spot and when the spot popped they said it was our own fault. That is terrible! It was a bait and switch! We paid for a repaint!
