I brought a vehicle from a lot that only do repairs at this location. I have been to this place at least 5 times in a month and a half. The first thing that I went for on March 25th should’ve been a simple easy fix, unfortunately I’m STILL waiting. They did fix my a/c, however saying they ordered the wrong part TWO times and still NOT fixed, is unacceptable. I don’t live in the neighborhood, I’m a disabled senior citizen, on a fixed income and at this point, no matter how patient I am, I feel like, I’m being taken advantage of. Gas and my time is one thing that I value and if you can’t fix it, just say that!!! (5/7/25) Today, (5/12/25) I will give them 5 stars because this time, I was able to get in for my appointed time, they fixed my Jeep and I left very happy and was still able to conduct my personal business. Both of these gentlemen took the time to explain what the issue was, made sure everything was working properly before I left. Great job 👍🏽 I would show the before and after but I don’t know how to block out my license plate in a video…

View on GoogleI’m so glad to tell you there is a superb car workshop in the neighborhood. My car hit a deer last Christmas and got a bad damage in the front part. Only Issa picked up the phone on the second day and fixed my WV car so nicely. A few weeks ago, my wife had a car accident and her X1 also got a bad hit on the front part (the first image). Amazingly Issa fixed the BMW - looking like brand new (the second image). Superb job! Highly recommend the King Auto shop in Ferndale before you give up your car.
