Came in for a check engine light. Paid $700 for a wire to be repaired and vehicle still has a check engine light on. Very upsetting and expensive. I want my money back!! And still need a crankcase pressure solenoid valve replaced which they said is on back order.

I don't know, yet, what the actual vehicle service will be like here, but I can tell you that Jay is absolutely amazing and will make sure you get set up with an appropriate loaner vehicle if your service requires it. My GM Service Center experiences had been nothing but awful leading up to my call to THIS service center last week. I'll be writing letters to GM about all of the experiences, and the letter about THIS service center will be the only positive and glowing one. I can't thank Jay enough for all of his help. I'm eager to get my car back, and if the care Jay put into my transaction flows through to the other department, I'm certain I'll have no issues with my car when it's done. Everyone I encountered at my drop off this morning was lovely.

Unfortunately I can not recommend this place to service diesel vehicles and I do not believe they are not very transparent on their general diagnostic time and pricing. I have a 2018 Colorado 2.8 diesel. The NOx sensor failed and triggered the Exhaust Fluid Poor warning and vehicle speed limit. Being out of warranty I replaced the NOx myself and then moved vehicle to the dealership to perform the Service Bay test to clear the message and vehicle speed limit. They said they had to charge an hourly rate and had a minimum of hours scheduled but would potentially reduce if test took less time. A few hours later I got a call stating that they performed the requested test but the warning wasn’t cleared. I went to the dealership and talk to the service person and technician to get clarification on the results and potential next steps. No test results were given or indications of problems and stated they needed more diagnosis time. Not wanting to give them a blank check for diagnosing time, I decided to take the truck back without the message cleared. The charges me the full two hours even though ($280) I know the service bay test takes 30mins max. Long story short, I bought a $150 diagnostic service and messaging tool online. Ran the service tool myself and cleared the message in 20min. Ultimately, I feel like this service department is either not experienced enough to solve problems in a normal diagnostics time or they take advantage of customers outside of warranty.

They had my car for 4 months. When I got it back they had to take a jump box to it. Car still had issues I found out that you can call the service manager all you want but you won't get a call back. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I will never go back there.
