Ron, the manager at Bell Tires, yesterday provided outstanding service during my visit. He was professional, patient, and took the time to clearly explain what was needed for my vehicle, making me feel confident and well taken care of. My last visit they went above and beyond when I showed up with a bad tire, Chase made sure I was swapped out and out of there in a decent amount of time. The tire had was under warranty which made the entire process easier. Even though it takes me a little longer to get there now I still prefer them when able.

It's these subjective changes/improvements that, over time, help improve the customer's experience. A simple smile, a hi/hello, giving you confidence that you're vehicle will be taken care of, is refreshing.
View on GoogleI have been to at least 15 Belle tires in the last 5 years for work and personal vehicles in the state of Michigan.... This location by far has the best group of people out of all my experiences with Belle tire! There were at least five people in the lobby talking, game planning and working at one point. Every single person here was either smiling, laughing and or having a positive attitude! I came in on a Saturday at about 10:45 a.m. with every spot in the garage taken up by the time I left. I was home for maybe an hour and a half before I got a call from Chris (I believe) Telling me that they communicated with Enterprise fleet, which is an insanely long process in itself and changed the oil , warped rotors, brake pads and air filter all in that little bit of time! Dave and Ron made it easy to walk in and walk out in a minute and a half and be back in my vehicle on the road. Thank you gentlemen and lady, y'all rock!
View on GoogleRecently I bought two new tires and got an alignment. I had them to check some mechanical issues I was having and was quoted over 2k for the work. Following instincts I had an independent mechanic check as well. All 2k of what I was told was wrong with my vehicle was 100% not wrong with it. He even told me that on my estimate I was being charged for their cleaning materials. I paid the mechanic $100 and got my parts from Auto Zone for $56. I was back on the road in under 40 min. Always and I mean always get a second and even third opinion if need be.
