Based on that confirmation, I made the trip to the dealer on a cold, snowy day. However, upon arrival, I was told that they did not see any service contract in their system. This was a clear case of miscommunication and, frankly, dishonesty. Not only did it waste my time, but it also wasted theirs. Customers rely on accurate information when making service appointments, and this kind of inconsistency erodes trust. I expected professionalism and transparency, but instead encountered confusion and poor communication. This experience left me questioning their reliability and commitment to customer service.

View on GoogleFirst, the good. My oil change was a walk-in, and I did not have an appointment. Not only my car got serviced, it was done withon reasonable time. Unfortunately, the techs did not turn off the dashboard maintenance message about oil change and tire rotation. I have only noticed it back home. Another new and unpleasant experience, there were food grease stains on the top of dashboard, as if someone had unwrapped their lunch and smeared the surface.
