Unexpectedly TERRIBLE customer service experience. Dropped off a vehicle Monday at 8am. Did not receive any communication from anyone about the vehicle for four days. Then on Thursday only received an emailed repair estimate and authorization. Called and left messages two to three time per day for three days with absolutely no response. Cannot get ahold of the service representative or service manager. Calls to the service department just get routed to a remote answering service. Left messages for multiple people with no call back. No updates on progress or estimated completion date. Finally got a hold of a person at the dealership, only to be placed on hold for 20 minutes while he tracked down an update on the repair. Turning into an 8 day repair with absolutely no communication. Has been very good service in the past, not sure what has changed. I am still waiting to receive an update on my repair status and it has been over 7 days.

Received a quote and made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When it was all done, I waited over three hours for them to complete the job, and was charged triple the quoted price! Spoke with the customer service manager, who brought the price down to make it right, but the service advisor tried one last time to overcharge by a bit more than the manager said.....he finally charged correctly according to the managers quoted price when he got called out on it. Hands down the worst experience I've had for a really simple service.
