Absolutely amazing staff. I went here after a body shop quoted me $1500 for a full bumper repair. He offered a much more reasonable service for under $100 to just replace the trim with a new one. He also did the buffing up for free! The owner is a kind, honest person, who is also great at what he does. These are the qualities you are looking for when you're trusting someone with your car. I will recommend him to every person I know! You will not regret taking your car here. He was transparent about the pricing, and the work done was excellent. I had fantastic experiences of having my vehicle repaired. Greg, Anna and technicians were wonderful to work with and provided helpful answers to my questions along the way. The experiences were very impressive and the repairs were done fast!

Our experience with this shop was wonderful and I want to share more about it for other potential customers to consider. Please read. Our vehicle was damaged by a young careless driver who struck it in a parking lot, while it was parked. Very annoying. Thankfully that drivers insurance accepted liability and the cost of repairs. Along with the dread of having to get this repaired and the stress of the situation I also immediately remembered 1) This vehicle has aluminum body panels and 2) The paint is a complex metallic not a simple gloss. Before the insurance even got involved I got two estimates.. one from a local independent with high ratings, the other from Serra Ford Collision. The estimates were very close and I asked many questions of both shops. Ultimately we decided to work with Serra for the repair considering the aluminum construction and hopeful they may do a better job matching the paint. Originally I dealt with Anna so a thank you to her as she answered my questions graciously and took high quality pictures for the estimate. Then, as insurance got involved we were shifted to work with Greg. Initially things did not work out, the overall body work was good and the color matched very well. But, there were some shortcomings including overspray on the bed, exposed primer on the door edges, and a missed clearcoat abrasion from the collision. I brought this up to Greg and this is the key… Initially Greg was a bit defensive, but after we talked he listened well, accepted that this wasn’t the best finish work, and promised to have it addressed. What made this interaction so rewarding is that Greg who manages the shop I believe took charge and took pride in the finished product. A few days later and all issues were corrected. I am sure this was annoying to rework the vehicle but Greg and his team chose honesty and integrity and the finished product is magnificent. The paint color match is PERFECT. The bodywork is smooth. Greg personally took time to wipe off some polishing compound on the door seals and more. Sure the start of this interaction was a bit rocky but they really finished well and that counts in my book. Bravo to the body and paint technicians. Thank you so much for making this vehicle right again! Thank you Anna, Greg, and Serra Team! You have definitely earned a customer.
