I spoke with Jimmy on Saturday and he told me to come back Sunday between noon and 3pm since it was close to closing time and he wouldn’t be able to serve me properly. Fair enough, I actually appreciated that. No rushed “let’s just squeeze it in and hope for the best” energy. I showed up around 2:30pm Sunday and Victor the technician took care of me, super kind, professional, and efficient. He had the oil change done in less than 20 minutes. I honestly didn’t know what to do with all that extra time. I’m used to going to certain other places where you start wondering if they’re rebuilding the engine from scratch… or delivering a baby car out of your vehicle. There’s always someone walking back and forth inside the building like they’re training for a marathon but in slow motion. You’re sitting there thinking, “Is my oil being changed or is my car in surgery?” Not here. And the best part? Zero pressure. No dramatic “Sir, please come look at this” while holding a slightly dusty air filter like it’s evidence in a courtroom. No urgent whisper suggesting my car might not survive the drive home without 12 additional life-saving services. No Upsell Olympics. Just a straightforward oil change. In and out. No suspense film. No plot twists. Fast. Smooth. Stress-free. Thank you Jimmy and Victor, this is how it should be done. Highly recommend!

My family has been going here for 4+ years for car repairs and maintenance. When I got into my car first accident they made my Toyota Corolla look brand new for a VERY FAIR price. Whenever my mother's car has had issues or needed scheduled maintenance they ALWAYS take take good care of her. I just recently collided with a deer, scary scenerio, Jimmy fixed my breaklight, bumper and side door for a a very competitive price. Couldn't reccomend these guys enough!!

Did not honor a 10% off AAA coupon, although I showed it to him in writing. BMW Dealership had same price for oil change, so no advantage there.
