I went to this shop for an oil change and spark plug replacement. Before the work started, I specifically asked if they use a torque wrench for spark plugs, and I was told yes. During the job, I saw them remove/install the spark plugs using an impact driver, which is not correct or safe for spark plugs. When I questioned it, they admitted their torque wrench was broken and then told me “nothing will happen.” Since this visit, my engine has been overheating, which it was not doing before. Improperly torqued spark plugs can cause serious engine damage, and their explanation afterward completely contradicted what they promised before starting the job. This shop was not honest, did not follow proper mechanical procedures, and dismissed my concerns. I would not trust them with engine work, especially anything requiring precision.

I can guarantee you that if you visit this place with any issue that’s bogging your vehicle down, Mason’s gonna recognize the issue, help you identify what needs to be fixed and going to do it for the lowest price of all! He helped me identify an issue which was mis-diagnosed by every other shop. He ended up saving me atleast $1000 in a single repair! He has always helped me fix my project cars, WIP cars and so many other things that I can safely count on him for all my vehicular needs! Power to you brother!

I would give a zero if available. I replaced the brake pads and rotors here and flushed the power-steering oil. With my parts. And, exactly two weeks after my replacement here, the passenger rear caliper became stuck. So I went to the Auto Service Center near my house. Because this place a very long distance from my house. And I replaced calipers at a nearby auto center for expensive labor, where they asked for me who had replaced brake pads and rotors. And they don't understand why they didn't tell you that calipers should also be replaced when replacing them." They told me that if they had seen it, they would have told me that calipers should be replaced as well. If the caliper was replaced. I didn't have to pay labor fee twice. So they wrote comments on my maintenance record paper. I came back here with the maintenance record paper and told them about the situation but they said there was no proof of how they believed it. All the time, they repeated that they couldn't believe it because they were not responsible. And they were very wrong when they flushed my power-steering oil. I went to the manufacturer's dealer to check the condition of the power-steering oil and they told me that the oil was still a little black. Flush should be clean and oiled using drugs, but they were neither meticulous nor professional. I doubt that they really used the oil properly. It's a place where there's no trust. As much as that, this is a terrible service. They didn't even try to listen to the customer properly. Terrible attitude!! I tell to my friends and people never to go here. I told you what services I received and what happened. It's rather obvious that you're getting the right repairs from a neighborhood trusted auto center or manufacturer dealer. The maintenance price you get there is never too high for the future! Horrible customer service and maintenance that I don't want to go back or drive by the store! TRUST 0!
