McElroy’s recently reattached the under engine shield on my car. They got me in on the same day I called about service. The staff was extremely knowledgeable at friendly. Even though my car was not previously serviced by McElroy’s I was treated as a valued customer. I highly recommend McElroy’s Automotive Service!

Had my car in for an oil change & tire rotation. Couldn’t make it in before they closed because of the snow storm so I was able to pay over the phone. Then when I got to my car, the technician was just leaving and saw me get into my car and he ran over with a snow brush and got the ice/snow off my car that had accumulated since it had been sitting. Would recommend!

1st off they don't speak to you like you slow or try to scam you out of a lot of money. All of the staff including the big boss is great and very helpful. They speak to you in a way that educates you on your vehicle. Been going here for years because my family been going to them for over 20 years. I recommend anyone to come by to get your vehicle together. Also make an appointment, they're very busy here.

I don't normally post reviews. But this one I need to. I made my appointment for 8 o'clock in the morning week in advance To have my breaking issue looked at I explained to the owner/mechanic and the receptionist what my car was doing and that it was doing it since they replaced the master cylinder over a year ago for the same issue. I brought it in for then and it did Fix it. When they replaced the master cylinder getting ready to leave, and my pedals went to the floor when I was stopped when I explain To the owner, he said he test drove the car and nothing was wrong. But there was, I didn't have time to argue with him because they had my car all day and I needed it for work the next Monday. This time. Car in for the same issue told them again what was going on they had my car from 8 o'clock at my appointment all the way to 3:30 and he called me and telling me nothing was Wrong withMy brakes Again. He said He took it for a test ride again and it stopped fine. I said did you see that the pedal goes to the floor at a stoplight? Then he tells me oh you didn't tell me that which I did the first time a year and a half ago I told him and again this time. So I made another appointment for The next Friday. WhileI was telling the receptionist who should've wrote this down the last two times what was going on? She had the nerve to tell me well Why are you hitting your brake so hard. Right there I was done. I went to Another car repair facility drop my car off at eight headed back before 3 o'clock With the brake problem fixed. They bled the system and the ABS system also. And they also told me that the brake master cylinder did not look like it was new.. I suggest having a talk with the receptionist about her attitude. And her expertise on brakes. I've had excellent service from McElroys in the past, but when it comes to my brakes and my safety and my time, this was very disappointing. And telling the customer they didn't state what was wrong, which was total BS. I know my car and I know what I brought it in for and I know what I told You and having my car all day and then test driving it before your Closing Just wasted my time again. It doesn't take all day to test drive a car. So why bother making appointments?

I work for a property management company that has a fleet of vehicles. We started using McElroy's for service a couple years ago, and have not been disappointed. Patrick is honest, knowledgeable, and explains everything well. We trust him entirely to give an honest opinion, fair prices, and excellent service. Sue in the office is also knowledgeable, professional, and fun! I take my car to them now, as do our employees in the office. It's so nice to have a mechanic you can trust and count on!
