I had an incredible experience with my repair, and it was all due to my service advisor DJ. The original price quoted to me was outrageous. I ended up calling other places and got quotes with lower prices. After speaking with DJ and explaining that I would prefer to get the service done at Mazda but would have to go elsewhere due to price, he said he would try his best to help me. He called me back the next day, as promised, and not only did he match the other quotes but brought the price even lower than that. He explained how much pride they have in customer service and that my loyalty to them since buying my car years ago did not go unnoticed. My car was ready after one day, in which time DJ accommodated my requests and set me up with a loaner car that I wanted to test drive, as I was interested in this car possibly in the future. The entire overall experience was very pleasant due to DJ. It is refreshing to see someone enjoy doing their job and helping people, and to be so friendly and personable as well. Because of this I will not take my car anywhere else, and most definitely will be returning to suburban Mazda when I buy my next car. An employee like this should be very much appreciated and valued. Thanks again.

I recently purchased a Mazda from Suburban Mazda of Farmington Hills, and the staff and process were outstanding. I initially had one hiccup with the car, but they fixed it promptly. The vehicle I purchased is a CX-50 Turbo, and it's beautiful, containing all the features I was looking for. Give the Mazda autos and this dealership a try; you won't be disappointed. My sales consultant was Levi. Ask for him, he is very good!

View on GoogleThe first service of my Mazda 3 confirmed the overall outstanding experience I had with the Farmington dealer last year. They took care of the car, found and fixed a nail in a tire, got my approval by sharing a link to a video clip on the Mazda portal explaining the issue, were very flexible to support with shuttle service to and from my workplace, washed the car. Well deserved top rating.

They do an “inspection” that suggested $600 additional services that I declined (i.e. $80+ for a new cabin air filter, that you can replace yourself for $20). Waited in the lobby for 1.5 hours. When I went to pay, asked me for $150 when the monitor 3 feet away from the desk literally said $99 special for the exact services I received. Not sure if it’s a “woman getting her oil changed” thing, or just scammy service. Don’t recommend.
