Amazing experience. Fixed only what needed to be fixed on my H3 Alpha. Didn't try to upsell me or push anything on me .Josh was a great source of knowledge and information. I would give six out of five stars if I could. I know where I'm taking my car anytime I have an issue. Thank you guys for being honest and trustworthy.

Had an 8am appointment for an oil change. Greeted by Bill and Laura as soon as I walked in the door. I've never been to Griffins before and they took me in quickly and got everything going right away (even with computer issues). I have a Jaguar SVR, not a very common vehicle. But yet they got me in and out quicker and definitely cheaper than the dealership. Will definitely be using and recommending them in the future.

I discovered Griffin's Neighborhood Auto Clinic when all of the icons on my dashboard lit up and I didn't feel safe driving my 2019 Subaru Forester. Griffin's did a thorough investigation of the problem and came up to with a plan. I had to leave my vehicle there for a couple of days but they gave me a ride home and back to the dealership. The owner as well as the mechanics were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely consult with them for future repairs. I don't like dealership's for a variety of reasons so this is a great option.

⚠️ Stop and read this before taking your car here. I took my car in for a brake inspection after noticing some noise. The front desk staff were polite and even gave me a ride home, which was nice. I was initially quoted $300–$400, but by early afternoon they told me multiple major components needed replacement and the cost would be nearly $3,000: about a third of my car’s value. I wasn’t sure what to do, and my husband suggested we wait and not make any big financial decisions immediately. I paid for the inspection since it wasn’t waived, and we took the car home over the weekend. We then went to the dealer and another independent shop, both confirmed the inspection was inaccurate and most of what was recommended wasn’t necessary. The actual needed repairs, new brakes, were done elsewhere for under $500. I’m very disappointed that a shop marketing itself as “family-owned” operates this way. I do not trust them, and any response from this company seems useless to me. I do not wish to be contacted. Always get a second opinion before approving major repairs.

Don’t come here unless you enjoy confusion and poor communication. I had several issues that I brought in my car to be inspected for and eventually repaired, 2 trips in total over the course of about a week. At no point did I ever receive a call when my car was ready either time. It took me having to call them back after several hours of waiting, only to be told “oh, it’s been ready for an hour, come pick it up”. Gee thanks. Additionally, the employees seemed confused and mixed up on what my car needed work for. I told them very clearly, power steering inspection, tire rotation, and transmission fluid change. When I went in to drop off my car, they somehow added an alignment and an oil change to that mix. Even after clarifying that I didn’t need those other things, I double checked that they were still listed for everything else I DID ask for, and the lady didn’t have any record of me asking for a transmission fluid change, even though it was confirmed on the phone several days prior. Overall, just a headache.
