TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! This business is HONEST and does impeccable work. You will be treated with kindness. We wrecked the side of my 10 year old mini van, mostly cosmetic and electrical. The door was hanging off. The damage was more than the car was worth but we needed that car and could not afford to total it and get a new one. The owner, Scott, worked tirelessly to get us quality used parts to keep cost down and his staff buffed and pounded out those panels to make them look almost spotless. The result was miraculous in my opinion and absolutely affordable for us. This is a family owned business and you are treated as such. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with Scott’s integrity. Take your car here and you will be happy you did.
View on GoogleThe quality of the repair was good. Also the staff is very friendly. However, their lack of communication and follow up with customers is frustrating. I was asked to drop off my vehicle an specific date to start to work on it, and that didn’t happen, they started two days later just to find out that they needed another part and had to wait two more days for it to arrive and repair my car and the worst part: I had to call them basically every day to find out the status of my car, because they didn’t provide any update (even though they didn’t keep promise date). I would avoid this place in the future and don’t recommend it if you expect a fast response.

View on GoogleSecond time bringing my car to Farmington Collision. The shop owner and his employees are professional, courteous and patient. When my car was taken here for repairs, my hood was on back-order for many weeks (approx 1-2 months). I also had a road trip coming up as well so timing was important. Farmington Collision called around to multiple places in order to ensure that I got the hood quicker than what the manufacturer could do. They did all they could do to make sure my car was returned to me on the day I was leaving for the roadtrip. They saved my vacation plans and I was extremely greatful! Would definitely recommend Farmington Collision to everyone.
