We had a great experience working with Tom Sisk, Sales Consultant, at Cadillac of Novi. Tom recently helped my wife and me with the purchase of our 2026 Cadillac OPTIQ, and he made the entire process enjoyable and easy from start to finish. He gave us the opportunity to demo the vehicle, walked us through the features, and helped make sure we were comfortable with the setup and overall experience. He was professional, patient, and made us feel like part of the Cadillac family. The Business Manager, Jeremy Wright, was also very pleasant to work with, which made the full experience even better. My experience here was less than satisfactory, the staff doesn’t communicate well or informative. They do not have in house collision but does have a LaFontaine collision off site, however they chose to send me to a third party that must be some side dealing or someone’s family member , which apparently disqualifies you from receiving a loaner….currently 5 weeks and counting I’ve been paying for a rental car, to replace two tires, a wheel and a strut. Highland is the most professional I’ve encountered thus far
