0 stars!!! I will never go back nor would I ever recommend anyone!! I took my car in to have the a/c fixed. They pulled the car back and said oh it just needs a recharge!! Amazing!! Go ahead and recharge it! I go back to pick up my car for the air to still not work!!! I was charged almost $300 for my air to not be fixed and to be told, oh we start with that first and if that don’t work it’s something else wrong with it!!! If I would have been told that in the beginning I would have said no thank you and left!!! I started asking the mechanic questions to be told “ oh you’re trying to catch us up”!!! I was left very shocked and disappointed..This place was very shady!!!

Van Born & Beech Daly - Goodyear Auto Service has been amazing every time I’ve gone there. They helped me get a brand new set of tires for a really good price and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The staff is always professional, respectful, and willing to help. Even when I just need air in my tires, they take care of it without any problems. It’s hard to find honest and reliable service nowadays, but this place definitely earned my trust. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service.

This shop is Great!!! I had a great experience at this mechanic shop. They were honest, professional, and explained everything clearly before doing the work. The repair was done quickly and the price was fair with no hidden surprises. My vehicle runs great now and you can tell they actually care about their customers. I normally never leave reviews, good or bad, but after everything that happened I felt like I had to share my experience so other people know about this place. My car broke down unexpectedly and I was stressed out trying to figure out what to do. I called this shop and they immediately helped me out by sending a tow truck to pick up both me and my car and bring us to the shop. As soon as we got there, they checked my car out right away and explained exactly what was going on and what needed to be fixed. Like everyone else right now, times are tough and everything is expensive, so the financing option they offered honestly helped me more than they probably realize because I definitely wasn’t expecting my car to break down at the worst possible time. What really stood out to me was how professional, friendly, and understanding everyone was through the whole process. They made everything way less stressful and complicated than it could’ve been. They even gave me a ride home after checking the car out and then picked me back up once everything was finished. They truly treated me like family from start to finish. I don’t care if it’s a major repair or something small, this is the only shop I’ll be going to from now on. I’ll definitely be recommending them to everyone I know.
