I came across this repair shop as i was looking for a honest, quick and dependable inspection quote for a used vehicle I was considering to purchase. The mechanic not only gave a detailed list of the areas that needed work and the price breakdown, he even went the extra step to walk me into the garage to show me everything he saw and what he was talking about; this was very helpful when I returned to the owner of the car and explained to him I saw for myself what needed to be fixed, with that information I was able to work out a new price based with the owner; this good and through inspection gave me confidence in buying and negotiating this much needed used car purchase! Eventually i purchased the vehicle and had the repairs done; It was so nice to have peace of mind that I was getting only what was needing to be repaired, but I was also getting a very good price! Never once did It feel as they were just trying to make a sale, it honesty felt as if they were wanting to truly help me. No one wants to be needing to get repairs done on older vehicles , especially when they are not very educated about cars, so any time I can leave an auto repair shop "feeling good about it" sure says a lot about them and the way they run their business! We’ve been coming to this shop for a while, but I’ll be honest the previous guys in the office were not great. Our son was overcharged and had to come back multiple times just to get the same issue fixed correctly. They also clearly didn’t like that my husband brings his own parts and prefers to replace things properly and in sets, not piece-by-piece or rigged. Because of that, we were ready to stop coming altogether. Due to convenience, we decided to give it one last try, and I’m glad we did. When we came in this time, there was a new guy at the counter Alex. At first, he mentioned a $75 diagnostic fee, which caught us off guard because we’ve never been charged that here before. We were honestly about to leave. But Alex took the time to explain that it had nothing to do with him and was something noted in the system by a previous tech (which honestly tracks with the lack of professionalism we dealt with before). From that point on, Alex completely turned the experience around. He was patient, transparent, and made sure we weren’t overpaying or being sold things we didn’t need unlike our past experiences here. He actually listened and helped us, instead of making us feel like a problem for caring about our car. Because of Alex, we’ll definitely be coming back. If you need assistance here, ask for him he’ll get you together and make sure you’re taken care of the right way.

Came into this shop because i got A flat tire right infront of it. They plugged my tire within 15 mins and wouldn’t allow me to pay. Customers service was wonderful and the lobby was very clean and welcoming. Will definitely be back for all my services
