Great customer service, was very quick & friendly got right down to the problems! Nick was excellent and very helpful. As well was Freddy and JR at the front counter , 100% recommend coming here for all mechanical issues! They do it all ! Brakes , Engine issues, Tires/Wheels , Oil changes & more! Very reasonable on there prices , JUST GO AND VISIT THEM AND I PROMISE YOU WILL LEAVE SATISFIED!!
View on GoogleI found them on IG, all I needed was a wheel alignment. They open at 8 am got there at 859am. They tell me to come back at 1030 & they can do it because they have a car in the bay. Ok no big deal. We call to let them know we on our way back & now he’s saying he don’t know when he can get me in because they don’t even have the parts for the 1st car in the bay. It’s a wheel alignment for a Jeep that’s all. Saying I will give you a call when I get an opening. I live in Novi & I drove all the way out here to support a small business & because you guys seemed knowledgeable & about your business. I don’t feel like it was handled the best way it could’ve been. Although $50 for a wheel alignment is a great price , I know I have to go pay $125. Thanks I appreciate it
View on GoogleWalked in today to get my heat fixed I thought It was broken they took my truck inside looked at it for 30 min then came back out gave me my keys and said the heat is working and told me I’m all set at first I was like what? I was confused they said ya it was just a bit clogged and they took care of it now that’s what you call loyalty they could of took couple hundred from me but they didn’t they could of lied and said they fixed something but they didn’t And for that I am happily glad to say you gained a customer I won’t be going anywhere else for any Service but here thank you for your honesty

I’d absolutely return to this shop. The work was great, the pricing is fair, and the staff respectful and upfront. Naz is really helpful
