Belle Tire

They fixed a flat for free, so I trusted them. Today I took my car there, after calling them. I said I likely needed a couple of bushings replaced on my anti-roll bar. I gave them my car key and said I would go to a diner across the street for lunch, where I also spent about 40 minutes working on my laptop. When I came back, I saw that my car hadn't been moved. They told me I had one car ahead of me still and that they would pull mine in for a diagnosis soon (which, they said, would cost me $75, which would be credited toward the repair cost if I had them do the work). Five hours after I brought my car to them, they hadn't even looked at it. I asked for the keys and left. I've had work done on my car there before. They were okay. But the staffing they have there strikes me as disinterested and disorganized. There are men standing around by the hour doing nothing, but occasionally answering a phone call. They are not the least bit solicitous of their customers. Nobody comes and tells you the status of your vehicle or where it is in the "pipeline" of vehicles they have there. (There were empty stands in the garage clearly visible through the windows.) Where's the management in this picture? Where's the bossman riding herd on this operation? Nowhere to be seen. I have waited a long time for service on my car at this Belle Tire before. I did so because they are close by and a convenient drive from my home. I will never come here again if I can help it. I'm done with Belle Tire on Telegraph in Dearborn Heights. Finished. Adios.

I truly appreciate the service here. I called three other locations that were closer to me and each one said I would need to leave my car over night just to check and plug a hole. This place told me get it here asap and we can take a look. I got there in 10 min before closing time and they not only looked at the tire in question they looked at all four to be sure. Then I find out that indeed I had a nail in one of them, they plugged it and did not charge me a penny. I will choose this Location for all my tire needs. So thankful! Standup guys!

I was sold a tire size that is not the manufacturer's required tire on 11/29/2025 at the Telegraph store. The tires are a size bigger and cost more. This was done without my knowledge. I took my car to the Nowlin Road Belle Tire on Monday 12/1/2025 for an alignment and was told about the tire size. Tuesday 12/2/2025 the tire light went on my car. I called the Nowlin Road store and they were very busy. I took my car in this morning 12/3/2025 and the sslesman checked the tire pressure on all tires. The Left Front was 22#, Right Front 32#, Right Rear 46# & Left Rear was 37#. This is negligence. The tires according to the mechanic should be 30#. The valve stem on the Left Front needed replacing and the sensors on the back tires needed to be replaced. After 3 1/2 hours the valve stem and sensors were replaced and I was assured the tire pressure was set at 33# to accommodate for the cold weather outside. I was also told the larger tires could be replaced with the manufacturers required tires but they did not have those tires in stock. I will drive my car with these tires for a week and if I have any problems I will be back to the Nowlin Road shop. Later I received a call from Belle Tire and was told by customer service I could receive the $67 difference between the cost of the tires and I would have to accept the larger tires. If the tires rub it will not be covered by the warranty, or I could sit for 3 more hours (once the tires that fit my car are ordered) to have the correct tires put on my car. Buyer BEWARE!

If youre a woman they lie and tell you things are wrong with your car that are not!!!Then quote you crazy prices. Took it to a different shop and none of what they said is wrong is! They wanted to charge me $125 just to check and see if all nuts and bolts were secure. Belke tire ad a whole is a damn Joke

I had a oil changed done at Bell Tire a few months ago and my vehicle recently started showing change engine oil. I still have over 2000 miles left before my next oil change. I usually take it to the dealership didn't feel like driving out there. I wish I would have made that trip. My husband checked the oil and it was low so I called and asked why was my oil saying it's low they said to come in and they would check it out. I also didn't see any oil in my driveway. I sit for about 1 hrs before looking at it and they claim it has a leak. I truly believe instead of fixing the problem like adding the oil they created another one. When I asked him why was there no oil in my driveway or anywhere I parked he said it's not coming from the engine. Well another excuse I will never bring any of my vehicle there and tell everyone else not to bring their vehicles to these crooks.
