I am a very happy customer. Howland's is great. The folks are friendly, knowledgable and provide quality service. I took in my brand new RAM 1500 Limited to have a Base Plate installed on the front end, which allows me to tow the truck behind my RV. The installation is complex and among other things, requires removing and cutting reliefs in the bumper, drilling holes in the frame and rerouting wiring. Suffice it to say I had my concerns. I typically do this kind of work myself so I can be certain that the details meet my OCD standards and high expectations. In this case I needed to outsource the job. After a few phone calls I chose Howland's. I was satisfied with the answers to my questions, they were nearby and also recommended by the Base Plate supplier. Before work began they listened as I reviewed my concerns and assured me that their approach was the same as mine would have been. They were focused at the job at hand, payed attention to detail and completed the work in a vey reasonable amount of time at a reasonable price. I couldn't be happier and will definitely use them again should the need arise. I highly recommend that you use Howland's as well.

Fantastic service! Rhonda answered all my questions and kept me up to date on arrival of a trailer. Trailer battery box had some shipping damage and Steve and his team took care of it quickly and professionally. Would recommend them highly in you are looking for a trailer or parts.

What an amazing experience we had here! Our camper' s axle started on fire and disintegrated on i-75 about 5 mi away from this company. We were towed there on a flatbed truck for a reasonable cost. They looked at it right away assessing what needed to be done. They made some very smart recommendations. We absolutely had to have the work done in 3 days and they got it done in two. The camper is braking better than it ever has. We are thrilled with the work they did and that is an understatement! We highly recommend this extraordinary company. All we can say is thank you.
