DC Side Street Garage has gained yet another loyal customer! The day before leaving the state after visiting family in the area, I got a flat tire. Drew offered such wonderful customer service, compassion, and efficiency to ensure our safety on the long drive back out of state. I totally recommend this place to anyone that needs a repair on their car in the area. I had a caliper on my 4Runner break so had no brakes. I took it to Ann Arbor Toyota and after a few days of having my car they came back and told me that it was going to cost $2800 for rear calipers, rotors, and pads. Seriously??? I called DC Side Street and let them know I was really in a bind and needed to get my brakes fixed and asked them if they could possibly get my car in asap due to not being able to drive it. I told them about the situation and Chris told me be here at 8am the next morning. I was running late due to getting my car late and not being able to tow it. I drove it from Ann Arbor Toyota back roads to get it in. They literally had my car fixed that day by 4pm. They did this because they care about their customers and know that word of mouth is how they get new customers. Oh I didn't mention, they did my brakes do a fraction of the price, literally over half the price of what Ann Arbor Toyota quoted me. I will forever be a loyal customer to this place. Thanks again boys!

I've taken my car to Drew and Chris at their shop since they opened in February 2020. I have a 2007 Honda Accord that has 445,000 miles on it. The car is 18 years old. It works fine. They take care of it in an exceptional, careful, thrifty and super wise way; they know everything there is to know about my car, and I bet every car, and they perform an exceptional, amazing job. I cannot recommend them enough. I have never been overcharged by them or have them promise me something that did not work out. To the contrary, on several times, they've told me if inexpensive ways to keep the car going safely and to keep it in operation. I trust them 1000% and I've known them to be great mechanics, great people in the community, and great friends. I have recommended him to my best friend, and he has also been happy. They get new business by word of mouth, because they are reliable, trustworthy, fair, and really good. They don't need to advertise. So please go to them. And also recommended them to other people -- they are the best.

my go-to mechanic. always honest, helpful, and reasonably priced. not to mention, it's locally-owned too. the owner is a really great guy who has helped me learn a lot more about my vehicle!! i would definitely recommend them :-)
