I was a long service user of penzoil in Belleville. 20 plus tears when it was brought out by an inferior service in my opinion. I was in the lookout for a new oil change service provider for my older model Tahoe. I passed Victory Lane on Rawsonville daily on my home commute. I was a bit apprehensive upon pulling in. I tell you I immediately felt the actual care and consideration from the team working on my car. Kylie, Chris and Alec shared insights and nuances of my car that none had before. I remarked my truck was eating gas and kinda loud. They suggested a cleaning treatment which worked wonders. Full inspection without feeling I was being up sold on anything. Just moved to Belleville and googled my first oil change and this was the closest place, you know I will say as an overall Michigan has got some great mechanics, all my experiences thank God, were above average and this place was the top of my ongoing experience with taking care of my car! Alek and another professional mechanic, she did not have a name tag so I couldn’t get her name, nevertheless, they were both very generous and professional they gave me more than a service, they gave me honesty and love. Top oil service so far! May God guide and bless you people, thanks again 🤲
View on GoogleEmployee P73, who I believe is named Kylie is extremely unprofessional and handled my dip stick being broke by lying that it was already like that and just overall bad service. The manager Matt fixed the issue, and gave me a new dip stick and offered $30 off the next oil change due to the back and forth of trying to get it resolved. I wasn’t happy about the dip stick being broken but the manager Matt took care of everything and resolved all issues, I would still recommend going to this place, maybe avoid service from that woman though.
View on GoogleVery honest, will do their best to get you the best price they can, and are very nice. The manager directed me to the coupon that they have on the website, saving me 15 dollars. They won’t try and sell you anything you don’t need, and will tell you if they would actually replace it or not for themselves. Amazing experience, especially for people like me who do not know much about their cars. The manager explained to me what they were doing, and double checked all of their work just to make sure it worked fully. They also didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing some questions or having multiple things going on with my car.
