Quick lane came thru when in need of a full set of tires asap! At the best price in town! Thank you Caleb for your wonderful customer service and much thanks to mechanic Amanda for putting in the hard physical work to ensure we had our new tires for our long drive to Petoskey MI, for a safe drop off of our grand twins!

View on GoogleI made an appointment to have my car evaluated and clearly explained the issue at the front desk. Without even looking at the vehicle, the employee immediately told me “it’s probably this” and then said they don’t fix that there—basically turning me away on the spot. I don’t understand how a problem can be predetermined without a proper evaluation, especially when I had an appointment specifically for that reason. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time. I’ll be taking my car elsewhere to a place that will actually inspect it.
View on GoogleI've had my F150 and my wife's Escape serviced at QuickLane many times. On 10/7/25, I made an appointment to have a flat tire repaired. Again, a five star review because QuickLane service is the best! These folks are courteous and polite. They took me in at my appointed time and made the repair promptly.
View on GoogleJust another shop that can't provide what they say they do. Called told them I wanted my brakes changed. Needed them changed due to high end squealing. Did not care about quality of the old ones just wanted new ones that didn't wake the neighbors across the street. Get to appointed day (today 8:30am) told that I was there for an "oil change". Not what I came for I then said again I want a brake change in order not to hear that noise. Nearly 6 hours later I'm told I need to set up an appointment to have my brakes changed because "they look fine" with an inspection. So no communication, no work ethic, can't provide customer services asked for and guaranteed. Just more scam mechanics.
