Mr Muffler

Took my 2012 Ford Fusion for a second opinion on my flex pipe and resonator today 5/12/2026. I arrived at 1:15 and the man at the desk said it would be about 45 minutes before he could look at it. 10 minutes later it was on the hoist. They confirmed they did need to be replaced. Said it would take about 45 minutes to complete. The price was very solid at $300. At 1:57 they were done and I was leaving the lot. They did a very professional job. Clean welding. Only time will tell if the part will last but I don’t doubt the workmanship. Another impressive thing that happened. There was a customer ahead of me and he told her he could make repairs to her car but he wouldn’t because she needed an exhaust manifold and they don’t do that type of work. He recommended two shops and stated that was more important and if he did his repair without fixing the manifold the noise would increase. Not all shops turn down work because it’s the right thing to do. If I need any exhaust work this will be my shop.

My husband and I were highly recommended this place for some custom exhaust work. He explained via phone, video etc. where he would like the exhaust placement and was told no problem they could do it. We needed to be able to mount rock sliders under the exhaust once completed. When we dropped off the truck, one of the techs came out and we showed them where the rock sliders needed to be mounted under the exhaust. We also left the rock sliders with them to ensure the placement would work. When we picked up the truck, we asked if the rock sliders fit underneath and were ensured they had checked and it was all good to go. Fast forward to last night when we tried mounting the rock sliders, the exhaust placement was completely incorrect, and it was obvious that no one double checked the slider fitment. The exhaust placement interfered with the slider tubes. We texted the owner this morning, no response, so after lunch my husband called the shop and he happened to answer. He said they would fix the problem but are all booked out this entire week and to bring it Monday. When we told him we had to leave Saturday morning with the truck, it was not offered to squeeze it in for their mistake. I understand things happen; however, we took all the extra steps necessary to ensure the placement of the custom exhaust work would meet our needs. We're very disappointed it did not, and that the shop is not making more of an effort to rectify this timelier. For the price and turn-around time it was excellent service. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly; but I cannot give a more positive review since the work didn't fit our needs. We don't expect a same day fix, but within the 2-3 days would have made this better so we could have had our truck completed for our trip.

I have some rather extensive muffler work I will need done in the near future which he quoted me a great price on. I will be returning for that but he was so kind and gave me a quick fix to buy me a little more time to get the job done. Awesome service! 10/10 recommend

I have taken my cars to this shop for two decades. They are always very reasonably priced and the work is done with quality and pride. Recently, after a caliper they replaced nearly a year ago failed... they stood behind their work and covered all costs under warranty. Highly recommended.
