If I could give 20 stars 🤩? I believe the driver's name was Shane. Very kind and respectful. Not only was he willing to tow my vehicle(mind you this was 1030pm) to Lonnie's he was willing to drive us home. Like an idiot I had him tow the vehicle to the house😤 I should of had him tow to Lonnie's but I was scared to leave it. Not sure why. But over all And after everything.. WAAAAIT!. I had to first call 911 (NO service on my phone) the police officers had quick arrival time. The officers used their phone to call the tow truck. THIS night was confusing and I really had no idea what I was doing. I do want to thank everyone who played a part. TEAM WORK!! I felt safe. I even tried to tip the driver because they were SO KIND TO NOT 🚫 charge me. I had 3 children with me. I'm everywhere with this but even after NO CHARGE the driver could have excepted the tip and he didn't. For me that shows character. Thank you JT towing you'll always be the FIRST I'll call 🤙

Very fast. Very professional. Driver was extremely polite and helpful. Would gladly give 5 stars if not for the $1,375 bill to tow my semi three lousy miles. Entire process only took 30 minutes! The load I was hooked to was pulled half way across the country for not much more than that!!

My driver was very professional and he was young. Surprising with great mannerism. They also gave me a price to tow me home, then when I asked if I take it to my mechanic which was 20min farther the price was the same. No up charge at all. I highly recommend them. Honesty is very important.

Called them to help me with a truck stuck in a parking garage at the airport apparently they constantly assist other clients here all the time, per the dispatcher that answered the phone. She quoted me 250.00 I gave them all my information to pay, then 1hr later they call us back and say “the owner of the company said the cost is 500 actually and they only take cash for those types of jobs”. They also would need 3 additional days to do the job as well. Mind you this is after already quoting me and the airport charges daily accepting the job for an hour. This is the type of business these guys do. To respond to your reply, first of all proof reading before sending is very important. 2nd lying on a public platform is tasteless for any company. We offered to pay you a Goa for a tow you could not complete at a different parking structure because YOUR truck was too tall to go in and even do the tow. You refused the money because you wanted the whole amount or nothing. Thts just backwards to me but I ain’t gonna force you to take money, I gave a 2nd chance to work with us even tho that happened and you tried to make this job hard for me. Btw we did complete that tow successfully the same day and I saved 500.00 on my cost thanks to you. FYI you don’t own any air port property so I will go on any of them anytime I want and do business.

I hate this place. I had the misfortune of being in a car accident after my uncle's funeral. This was especially horrible because he died a week after my father. My car was unrivaled and towed here. My husband and I went early Monday am to sign a release for the insurance company to pick up my car. The guy at the desk was super unfriendly but his coworker was even worse! When asked to take us to my car, he loudly said, "I don't care about them. I'll help people here in the lobby." The worst customer service I've ever had. They made a bad situation worst. 👎🏾
