My Chevy Nova SS was running all messed up.I had no idea what was wrong ...dropped it off...3 days later these guys had it running like forest! It's never ran better !

I spent several thousand dollars with these guys over the last two years having them work on my 1938 Packard. Recently they began acting as though they were doing me a favor “working me into their schedule.” When I recently had them do a break job I found out that they didn’t adjust the brakes properly and found myself stranded with my brakes ceased up and smoking. I had to have the car towed to they and they again acted like they were doing me a favor to correct a problem they caused. The brakes got so hot they glazed over and wore thousands of miles off the pads. When I told them I wanted them to make this right they refused and told me if I would be willing to pay them to replace the pads they couldn’t get in until sometime in August. These guys take it for granted that the business will always be there! But, since this happened several people have told me the owner has turned the business over to his son and the word has gotten out that these guys are running the business into the ground! Take your vehicle there if you’re foolish enough to but remember you HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Dropped car off because of engine miss . On envelope the keys went in I asked to have sparkplug replaced and coil pack on bad cylinder to also be replaced . When I got a call the following day I was told that the car was junk and I should trade it in or get rid of it. It won't even idle. I took it home and removed the air box and the throttle body off the motor and figured out that they had not hooked up a vacuum line and had told me I needed a wrecker to take it home. After I replaced the coil packs, the spark plugs hooked up the vacuum line and went back over to talk to the owner. He really didn't care and did not want to make amends for what he called a misdiagnosis. It was not a misdiagnosis. It was not put back together correctly.

After having my motor rebuilt I ended up taking it to Larry's electric because it would not start. They put a hole in my air conditioning condenser and said it was there so I paid for a new one. Even though I just had 1200 put into the air conditioning system and was working great before they took possession. That work was done by best automotive. I ended up getting the car repainted because of all the scratches in the front fenders and the rear bumper was totally cracked with pieces of paint missing. They said it was like that when they picked it up from art superior automotive. I couldn't prove anything one way or another so I had to fix the paint out of my own pocket. The car and our other vehicles have gone to Art for years without a problem. So has my father in law. I will not take anything to this shop again.

Great reasonable guys, fixed up my f150 manifolds leaking, sounds so quiet now. And gave worst case scenario, and came in under quote. No calling back adding costs which drives me nuts. Gonna be back for the heavy stuff I don't have the tools to do myself. Highly recommend
